Tyre Retreading

With retreads, fleets achieve 100 per cent mileage at 55 per cent of the cost of a new tyre, offering excellent value for money and significantly reducing running costs in the competitive fleet market.

Our factory, which operates 24/6 and processes over 30,000 tires per year, is the largest factory in Turkey and was established in 2004.

It has received ECE-R109 certificates with German-origin machines and training and controls by German rubber manufacturers. The fact that the ECE-R109 certificate is given by TÜV through inspections in retreading factories is important. Wether a fleet works with us or no, we always suggest to prefer a retreader that has an updated ECE-R109 certificate.

TÜV controls requires that the production quality of retreaded tyres must be at a constant level with safety promises. We successfully pass our TÜV tests every year with the conscientious responsibility that the tires we retread carry not only goods but also lives.
